At Nilaa Naturals, we value your trust and strive to provide you with the best quality products. Since we deal with perishable food items, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

To raise a request, please contact our admin team at [Admin Email / WhatsApp / Phone Number] with your order details and photos of the product.
2. Refunds

Refunds are eligible only if the issue is reported within the specified time (24 hours).

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit as per your preference.
3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are packed/dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
